✓ Not satisfied = Money back within 30 days 

1. Product(s) damaged?
Please send us a picture as soon as possible to hooked@thewolfpacksociety.com with your explanation and order information.

2. Other reason? Follow our checklist:
✓ Download the return form, fill in completely and send it together with the parcel
✓ Send the parcel stamped to: The Wolfpack Society Shop, Dep. Returns, De Boorn 15, 8253 RA Dronten The Netherlands (own costs)
✓ Exchange for other products is not possible, we will refund the order ammount
✓ It will be refunded by bank transfer (within 30 days) when we correctly received everything 
✓ You can re-order the correct product via our webshop
✓ Check out our ‘Terms and Conditions’ about your rights to return

Despite every effort that we do to meet all of your needs, it can occur that you still have a complaint about our services. You can file a complaint by e-mail. We will review the complaint and attempt to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
